Unit to let - The Fountain, Londonderry

The Housing Executive invites Tenders for the above-mentioned lock-up unit, which is to be let on a lease for a term to be agreed, but which will not be for less than 1 year or for a term exceeding 5 years.

The unit, which has an area of approximately 2,200 sq.ft. forms part of a mixed use block of commercial and residential units. 

All trades deemed appropriate will be considered with the exception of those directly in competition with those already in occupation. 

Plans, Conditions of Tenancy and Tender Forms may be obtained, during normal business hours, from the Housing Executive’s District Office at 1-3 Waterloo Place, Londonderry, BT48 6BS from Monday 21st of April 2025 to Monday 5th  May 2025. Please note the office is open to the public on Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm. (office closes at 12.30 on Thursdays.   Local offices are also closed on bank holidays)

Completed Tenders must be returned, in the envelope provided, with the name and address of the Tenderer completed thereon, before 3.00 p.m. on Monday the 19th  May 2025.

All Tenders sent by post must be by Recorded Delivery and an Official Receipt should be obtained for any Tender delivered by hand.

The Housing Executive is not bound to accept the highest or any Tender, but Tenderer’s should be aware that a legal agreement will come into effect upon notification of acceptance to the successful Tenderer.
