Continuous Tenant Omnibus Survey

Over the coming weeks, our surveyors from Perceptive Insight, an independent research company, will be contacting some of our tenants by telephone.

If you have been selected, you will have already received a letter informing you about the research and asking you to participate.

It will only take 30 minutes or so.  Your answers will help us to understand what we are doing well, and what we need to do better.

All information collected will be treated in strict confidence and will be processed solely for the purposes of housing research. 

It will not be possible to identify anyone interviewed or any other member of their household from the published information.
