Delighted Housing Executive tenants are proud to call Harryville home following a transformative uplift to the block of flats they live in.

External paintwork at Chichester Park East was part of planned upgrading works in the area by Housing Executive and carried out by contractors, Combined Facilities Management.

Christopher McKinney, a tenant of Chichester Park East since 2021 said, “I am very happy that the outside of the flats has been painted. 

“I think something like this brings people together as a community because everyone feels more comfortable and uplifted because it makes you feel comfortable to live there.

“The Housing Executive has done a 100% job here and it was completed without any hassle to us, the residents.

“It has definitely improved the look of the entire estate.”

Carolyn Crawford, Housing Executive Manager, Mid and East Antrim said, “This scheme has vastly improved the aesthetics of the area and as such it gives our tenants a sense of pride in their homes.

“We regularly engage with our tenants across the Mid and East Antrim area about any scheme work planned.
