Breathing new life into Larne homes

Two bungalows in the Seacourt Estate in Larne have been rebuilt, transforming the area and providing much needed, top quality homes. These one bedroom semi-detached bungalows at Seacliff Road, originally built in 1977, were badly damaged by fire a few years ago.  

Youth project tackles anti-social behaviour

A youth project across the Mid & East Antrim borough has been providing young people at risk with a structured programme of activity at key times when anti-social behaviour is more likely to occur, such as evenings and school holidays.

Enabling young people to become more confident

A local company has been working with young people in the City thanks to Community Safety funding from the Housing Executive. 4R’s Recycling secured the funding to tackle difficult issues such as addiction, personal and generational matters, initiating better awareness and making a difference for the whole community.

Transfer of HMO responsibilities to Councils
