The Housing Executive is one of the largest housing bodies in the UK and we provide a service that helps to change people’s lives through housing. 

We employ more than 3,000 people across Northern Ireland, and in May 2018 we became first large public sector organisation in Northern Ireland to gain Investors in People Silver Level Award in respect of the new IIP assessment framework.

Job purpose: 

The Grants Case Manager is responsible for leading a team of staff within a local area grants office to administer a suite of funding schemes across the private housing sector aimed at improving housing standards, improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their home.  

As a member of the grants office management team, the postholder will ensure a professional, proactive, customer orientated, and high-quality service is provided to our customers and stakeholders and that funding is administrated in compliance with policies and procedures.
