Asset Commission

In 2014-2015 the Department of Social Development (now Department for Communities) commissioned Savills Plc. to undertake a stock condition survey of our properties and a number of other reports relating to our asset management activities. 

We have used the various reports to improve the delivery of our asset management service, including: 

  • the development of a new Asset Management Strategy
  • a new Tower Block Strategy
  • the preparation of our investment programme and
  • reviews of our compliance and procurement work
