Ways to pay your invoice

If you have received an invoice from The Housing Executive that does not have a bar code there are still  several ways for you to pay.

You can make a one-off payment or set up a standing order via your online banking provider.
Payment can be made to The Housing Executive using the account details:
Account Name:         Northern Ireland Housing Executive
Sort Code:                 950121
Account Number:     01121235

You must quote your invoice number that begins with 'I' (the letter 'I') - for example I0012345.  
If you do not quote this reference the payment will not reach your account.

You can call Accounts Receivable team to make a telephone payment on 028 959 84175 or 028 959 85246.  This is available 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

All you need to make a payment is a valid debit/credit card and your invoice number that begins with I (the letter 'I') for example:  I0012345.  

You can send a cheque to 

The Housing Executive, 
Accounts Receivable,
1st Floor, The Housing Centre
2 Adelaide Street,
BT2 8PB.

Cheques must be made payable to Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and you need to quote your invoice number that begins with 'I' (the letter 'I' ) - for example  I0012345 - on the reverse of the cheque.

Failure to quote the invoice number on the reverse will result in the payment not reaching your account.
