Ways to pay your invoice

If you have received an invoice from The Housing Executive that does not have a bar code there are still  several ways for you to pay.

Direct Debit is a simple and safe way to pay your invoice, which makes it easier to stay on top of your regular payments.

The Housing Executive offers a range of monthly or weekly Direct Debit options to suit all budgets.

You can make a one-off payment or set up a standing order via your online banking provider.
 
Payment can be made to The Housing Executive using the account details:
 
Account Name: Northern Ireland Housing Executive
Sort Code: 950121
Account Number: 01121235

You must quote your invoice number that begins with the letter I followed by seven digits, eg I0012345.
 
If you do not quote this on beneficiary reference the payment will not reach your account

You can call Accounts Receivable team to make a telephone payment on:

This is available 9.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

All you need to make a payment is a valid debit/credit card and your invoice number that begins with the letter I eg  I0012345.  

We encourage the use of the above payment methods for efficient processing.  

However, if these methods are not feasible you may send a cheque to:

Cheques must be made payable to Northern Ireland Housing Executive and your invoice number (beginning with the letter I eg I0012345) must be clearly referenced on the reverse.
 
Failure to reference your invoice number will result in the payment not reaching your account.
