Setting up your direct debit

There are two ways to set up direct debits:

  • You can contact your local office on 0344 892 0900 where a member of staff will help you set up your direct debit online.
  • or you can just complete the direct debit form and return it to your local office.

  • Housing Executive payment card.
  • Bank sort code.
  • Back account number.

You can contact your local office on 03448 920 900 to request a standing order form.

Allpay Text Payments is a secure SMS text message bill payment facility.

This easy option gives you the convenience and flexibility to make payments directly from your mobile phone.

How it works

  • You simply need a UK-registered mobile phone, a valid allpay swipecard or barcoded bill and a current debit or credit card.
  • After a brief registration online you can pay their bills anytime, anyplace, anywhere by simply texting a code and the amount you want to pay.
  • This service from allpay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Allpay offers an automated telephone payment system that allows you to pay a bill from your landline or mobile telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Just follow the simple steps to complete your payment. Remember, when using Allpay you must have your:

  • Housing Executive payment card

  • Debit or Credit Card number, expiry date and the three digit CVV (Card Verification Value) number

Please note that calls to this number will be charged at 7 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge, which may vary depending on provider.
