The disabled facilities grant provides adaptations to the home for a disabled person.

These adaptations are based on the recommendation of an occupational therapist.

The repair grant is available to help with repairs to houses after a local council has issued a statutory notice.

The renovation grant is for homes that have been inspected and found unfit to live in.

We will only approve this grant in exceptional circumstances and it is subject to budget.

Replacement grants are only available where:

• a home is unfit to live and

• repair is not an option
