Low Carbon Programme

The Low Carbon Programme (LCP) is a Housing Executive project to improve up to 400 of our homes. These homes will benefit from better insulation, new low-carbon heating systems, renewable energy sources and energy storage. The aim of the programme is to learn what works best.

This supports the Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022, helping to cut carbon emissions, lower energy bills, and create healthier homes.
