The Social Housing Development Programme (SHDP) provides social housing in Northern Ireland.
It is managed by the Housing Executive’s Development Programme Group (DPG), on a 3-year rolling basis. DPG provides grant funding to housing associations, so that they can build or buy new social housing.

(a) completed in 2024/25
(b) where construction is on-going
(c) programmed to start for the next three years
Updated SHDP details will be uploaded on a monthly basis.
