The Housing Executive is currently involved in the re-development of Hope Street. This is the vacant land that we own between Sandy Row, Wellwood Street and Great Victoria Street.
We want to transform this space for the people who live and work nearby and for the whole city of Belfast.
Hope Street offers huge potential to build much-needed new homes, creative open space and complementary commercial activity, providing new employment opportunities for the city.
