Report a repair

Following guidance from the Department of Health, we have now recommenced a phased resumption of our full maintenance service. Due to the coronavirus outbreak we will be working through a significant backlog of repair work. Please visit our FAQs for further information.​

We want to provide you with an effective repair service. To help do this we group repairs so we can prioritise them.

How to report a repair

Did you know that you can request and track a repair on the My Housing Executive portal?

My Housing Executive allows you to access information about your tenancy and contact us securely 24 hours a day.

How you can help us to complete your repairs quickly

There are a few things you can do to helo us complete your repairs as quickly as possible:

  • Give as much information about the nature and extent of the repair
  • Tell us if it has led to other damage in your home
  • Let us know when you are normally at home so a contractor can get in
  • Leave a telephone number so we can contact you
  • Let us know if your access details change

Do you have a problem with your gas heating?

If you smell gas - contact the 24-hour gas emergency service on 0800 002 001.

If there is a fault with your heating system - report this to the Housing Executive as described above.

If your Gas card is not working - contact your chosen supplier either SSE Airtricity or Firmus Energy. Contact details are given below.

Emergency repairs
