Stock Condition Survey 2026

As a landlord it is important for us to regularly inspect our properties so that we have up to date information on the condition of our homes, commercial properties, garages and other holdings.

In 2026 we will undertake a stock condition survey of our properties.

This will help us to plan ahead for maintenance and improvements in our properties.

What does the survey involve?

A random selection of all our properties will be selected to be surveyed, including homes, commercial lets, garages and other holdings.

The survey will involve a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property.

Savills Ltd, a major property consultancy, will undertake the survey on our behalf. They will write to you to let you know that your home or property has been selected. They will then visit your home to complete the survey.

Surveyors will wear Savills branded clothing and have identification and a letter of authority signed by our Chief Executive.

It is important that you take part in the survey if you have been selected so that we can gather up to date information on the condition of our properties.

The survey should last between 30 minutes and one hour.

When will the survey take place?

The survey will take place between January and May 2026.

We anticipate that a report of the overall findings of the survey will be published late in 2026.
