Home Improvement Grants Survey 2023
The Home Improvements Grants Survey 2023 evaluates the private sector grants scheme which is currently being delivered by the Housing Executive's Grants Offices across Northern Ireland.
The key findings indicate that the vast majority (87%) of respondents were satisfied with the grants scheme overall. This level of satisfaction is similar to findings in 2020 (94% satisfied), when we last carried out a survey.
This survey is very useful, both in terms of identifying successes and identifying areas for improvement.
The Housing Executive is delighted to have maintained this high standard of user satisfaction during this time. Results are encouraging given that they refer to cases processed during the period of Covid restrictions.
