The Housing Market Data Hub provides access to housing related data across a range of topics to give an overview of the housing market in Northern Ireland. The Data Hub accompanies the publication of the Northern Ireland Housing Market Review (published on an annual basis).
The data is presented in downloadable excel files and comes from a variety of sources including NI Census, NISRA, DfC, Housing Executive and more. All data is clearly sourced with links to relevant websites.
We hope you find the Data Hub a useful resource that provides quick access to data, information and signposting. The Data Hub will continue to evolve and expand over time with regular updates to the data throughout the year.
