We pay Supporting People delivery partners based on their funding agreements.
Payments are sent after the provider has delivered the service(s) (or "in arrears").

What types of funding do we pay?
There are two main types of funding:
Block Gross (Short-Term Services)
We pay a set amount, no matter how many people use the service.
Block Subsidy (Long-Term Services)
We only make payments for people who get Housing Benefit or the housing part of Universal Credit.
How are payments made?
Short-term services
We follow the funding agreement and do not change the amount based on how many people use the service.
Long-term services
We follow the funding agreement and only make payments for people who qualify for Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
Keeping Information Up to Date
Delivery partners must update client placement details on the SHARP system, so payments are correct.
