Customer Excellence

Our Customer Excellence Strategy (CES) sets out the direction for how we aim to improve the way we deliver services to all of our customers during the period 2017/18 – 2019/20.

The CES recognises our diverse range of customers and focuses on delivering a customer experience that aims to get it ‘right, first time’.

To deliver the strategy we have developed annual action plans which will be updated as required and reported on annually.
